Who we are

People at the heart
of learning.

ATTIKO KEK provides initial and continuing vocational training, career guidance and support for social inclusion. Our work connects education with the changing needs of learners and the world of work.

We work with people seeking employment, migrants, refugees and others facing barriers to participation, as well as professionals looking to build on their experience.

Our mission

Make learning
a real opportunity.

Our mission is to help people gain the knowledge, practical skills and confidence to move forward in work and in life.

We aim to make training relevant and accessible, connecting professional development with inclusion, active citizenship and environmental responsibility.

For us, successful learning means being able to put new knowledge into practice, make informed choices and take the next step.

What we do

Support for every next step.

01

Vocational training

Initial and continuing learning that develops practical skills for employment and professional growth.

02

Career guidance

Support to recognise strengths, explore options and plan a path towards work and further learning.

03

Digital learning

Technology-enhanced education, including ICT and artificial intelligence applications in learning.

04

Inclusive participation

Training and support that help people overcome barriers and take a more active role in their communities.

Our approach

Relevant learning.
Practical progress.

  • Start with people. Recognise learners’ experiences, ambitions and support needs.
  • Connect with practice. Link learning to situations people encounter at work and in everyday life.
  • Make participation possible. Put inclusion and accessibility at the centre of programme design.
  • Use technology with purpose. Choose digital methods that support understanding and engagement.
  • Learn through cooperation. Exchange experience with European partners and bring new approaches into our work.

Working together

Local understanding.
European cooperation.

Through European partnerships, ATTIKO KEK contributes to shared work on digital literacy, education and sustainability. Our participation in NatureTalks and TackleDisInfo connects vocational learning with challenges facing professionals and communities.
